Raised phenomenal donations  for CAP (Citizens for Animal Protection) which was amazing! The Master of Ceremonies was none other but Mr. Extraordinaire Edward Sanchez. We had lots of great sponsors such as Momentum Mini Cooper, Premier Mobile Tanning, Dr. Nikko, Sprinkles cupcakes, Elemental Media Group, a beautiful cake from Frosted, and Sophisticated Bitch fashion.  Everyone was overwhelmed by the “Summer Social Butterfly” drink that was the specialty drink from Sugarcane.  Their drinks are mostly organic and are definitely heaven and happiness!! We received cameo’s from Erica Rose (formerly on VH1′s “You’re Cut Off), also Ashley Christine Parivar who was formerly Miss Texas United States who is simply the sweetest thing ever, Titus from Titius Fashion, Mr. Jeff Taplin from King Dick and Sophisticated Bitch Fashion, Chris Manriquez from Manriquez auto collision, and Guy Mahaffey from Sudden Impact  stopped by for a while amongst some other great and fabulous guests including some of my best friends and family!! We all sang happy birthday to the beautiful Enid Sanchez when the night was ending….her cake from Frosted was AMAZING! I am blessed by so many friends and family who came out to support the launching of my website which has come a long way from when I first started it.  Mr. Make it Happen truly has made it happened and I am most grateful!! Keep smiling Houston! We have more to come and a whole lot of things in the works…Butterfly kisses!!

Saturday was Wendy’s Wig Party @ The Manor.  It was a BLAST!! My brother and sis n law and thier friends ended up meeting up with us.  My brother put on my wig and was a hoot!! Everyone was crackin up!! He’s so silly!! Guess it runs in the family!! ;)

Friday went to see La Diabla @ House of Blues, great show despite the 100 degree temp.  it seriously felt like hell in there!! After the show we went to The Manor where the music is always good and the place is so much fun!! Saturday I spent the day @ the pool w/ my nieces and nephew and bro and sis n law…Saturday night went to Eight and Nox……..Good times!! Sunday my roomie and I took the metro rail to the Pavillion and had brunch @ Guadalajara…it was GREAT!! Dinner @ Cyclones and then a corona @ Open City….Overall the weekend was quite eventful!!

Started out at Ei8ht…danced our booties off!! The girls were impressed at how nice the place was.  After that we headed to The Manor, where we are always guaranteed a good time! It’s loungey and cozy and feels like a home away from home…..We turned it up a notch and headed over to Nox….the crowd was pumpin!!

Owned by the same guys who brought the original Escobar to Houston plus Whiskey Creek and Kobain.  This place has lots of potential!! The service is quick, no 30 min wait to get a drink! I’m sure both places will be around for a while.

TGIF!! It’s been a long week.  Tuesday was cinco de mayo and that about wore me out for the remainder of the week.  Last night I went over to pb’s and watched “The Wrestler.” It was a loooong movie.  I give it maybe a 6 out of 10.  It was a dark movie and Mickey Rourke played a washed up wrestler who had no one.  Although Marissa Tomei looked great, I could have done w/ out seeing her butt naked.   I had fun cuddlin w/ pb and over all it was a good night.  Who know what shenanigans are in store for tonight.  Froy wants me to go to a house party w/ him and I may bring Kristee Leigh along for the s&g’s ….thinkin about stoppin @ Ei8ht or Manor after….we shall see…..

The art gallery was amazing and the outside terrace set place for a wonderful ambiance.  After the event Kristee and I swung by The Manor.  It is really nice and loungey, they are still working on it and I can’t wait to see how it progresses. 

Friday night we went to Crave sushi bar for Dee’s bday.  DJ UNT tore it up!! We had such a blast!! After that, we went to Douchecobar….the crowd is full of douche bags and boob floppers, but the music was really good with the DJ Seek!! Good times!!

When the movie was over I ended up stoppin to hang out w/ Eddie for a bit.  Saturday my cousin called me and needed a favor…he left his cc @ a restaurant and was stuck in Columbus en route back to San Antonio….I ended up getting his cc for him then headed on a mini road trip to Columbus, TX….needless to say, I got a ticket on the way back home…why does shyt always happen when you are doing something nice for someone…ERRRR!! It could’ve been worse though…it could always be worse!! Saturday night I went to dinner w/ Froy @ Rickshaw then to Pravada to kill some time before Samantha’s bday @ Vintage…which was a huge joke! They wouldn’t let Froy in to Vintage b/c he had “print” on his shirt….that’s RIDONKULOUS….who even likes Vintage anyways???? Needless to say, they let us in b/c well you already know…Social Bia always finds a way!! We hung out @ Vintage for a bit and then ended the night @ Blue Label…the DJ played my new favorite song “Jerk It” by Thunderheist which got the room pumpin!! It was a goooooood night!! I’m off…gotta go to dinner for my Mema’s bday!! ;)
